Program Description: Comparion Elite is the benchmark of excellence in the incentive world, offering winners a truly extraordinary event that match their achievements. This biennial contest, exclusive to Comparion Insurance Agency IA's, granted victory solely to the top 1% of the sales force. In 2024, the winners adventured to Ireland.
Within this project, my role involved conceptualizing a look and feel for the program. My aim was to create a design system that could extend across touchpoints and creative assets. This included program communications, event signage, printed materials, activity details, and attendee gifts.
