Liberty Mutual’s 2025 Purpose & Impact Report presents how the company is helping customers, businesses, and communities navigate an increasingly complex risk landscape. Its stories span global risk expertise, customer resilience, responsible AI, employee-led innovation, financial strength, and long-term community investment.
The project encompassed a unified visual system developed across an 87-page report, an interactive web experience, and supporting launch communications.
Concept & Visual Direction
The concept phase established a flexible visual language capable of bringing together technical subject matter, human stories, executive perspectives, photography, and extensive data. Bold typographic hierarchy, expansive circular forms, cropped brand iconography, and a focused color palette create a sense of clarity, momentum, and connection while remaining distinctly Liberty Mutual.
